Trust model

Safety begins with knowing what was verified, confirmed or permitted.

Berlvis Spaces treats identity, property review, payment confirmation, authority and historical evidence as separate facts. One state does not automatically prove another.

Identity assurance

Identity checks establish the identity state they actually completed. They do not, by themselves, prove ownership of a property or guarantee future behaviour.

Payment confirmation

Payment confirmation comes from the payment rail and Berlvis server-side transaction record. A receipt is not treated as confirmed evidence before the underlying transfer is confirmed.

Receipt evidence

A receipt belongs to one confirmed payment and snapshots the tenant, actual payer where known, beneficiary, property, space, tenancy and allocation evidence at confirmation.

Scoped authority

Property access follows the relationship and permissions actually granted. Delegated access can be narrower than ownership and can be revoked without pretending ownership changed.

Historical integrity

Material financial facts are preserved. Corrections and one-way lifecycle changes create attributable history instead of silently repainting the past.

Responsible language

Trust is strongest when the claim is exact.

We do not describe Berlvis Spaces as “fraud proof”, “unhackable”, “100% secure” or a guarantee that a property has no dispute.

Identity review, property-document review, payment confirmation, receipt verification and access permission are different states. The interface should say which one is true, and stop there.

Controlled pilot

Give every property a record that can outlast the conversation.

We are onboarding selected landlords, tenants and property operators while the launch experience is being validated in real rental situations.
