Berlvis Spaces
Authority layer

Delegate the work. Keep the control.

Permission is granted on a property, not on a person. The same manager can hold different authority on two of your buildings.

Request access

Audit trail

Trust is easier when the record answers for itself.

Every action carries a name and a time. Not to police anyone, but so that a question asked two years later has an answer that does not depend on goodwill.

Access is given, not assumed

Nobody sees a property because they once helped with it. They see it because you granted it.

Removal is instant

When a manager stops working with you, their access ends. The record they created stays.

Your data is yours

The property history belongs to the property owner, not to whoever happened to be managing at the time.

Be away from the property. Never be out of the loop.

Berlvis Spaces gives the people around a property one clear place to operate, work together and keep the record straight. Start with one property and build from there.

Berlvis Spaces is opening gradually to selected property owners, managers and tenants in Nigeria.
